"I have worked with CSB and Steve for over 25 years, ranging from a number of Hotels within the "De Vere" group to small business, large Marquees and a wide range of areas across "Warwick University" including Event structures, Kitchens, Restaurants, lecture theatres and literally hundreds of bedrooms

The work involved has covered anything from a small flooring repair to kitchens and alike to full scale refurbishment programmes for 300 bedrooms plus and significant new builds.

The areas of work have covered a wide remit in the areas being worked on, as well as many challenges to fitting times and schedules of work. With all the jobs being in the Hotel and catering trades there has always been the added challenge of fitting around a business that operates 24 hours a day all year round, so flexibility has always been key and CSB have been excellent in this area working round all eventualities. Including overnight work, working between shifts and ensuring that whatever the work, the schedules have been kept to in order that the business patterns are maintained.

The team at CSB will always adapt to any circumstance and ensure that there is a team effort between themselves and the customer to ensure everything is right, but as important the job is the best it can be and the best value.
